• Fake news or disinformation systems
• Impersonation of individuals or organizations
• Systems designed to deceive or manipulate users

Regulated Activities Without Compliance

• Financial advice systems without proper disclaimers
• Medical or health advice without professional oversight
• Legal advice systems without attorney involvement
• Gambling or betting systems in restricted jurisdictions

Harmful Automation

• Spam or bulk messaging systems
• Automated scraping that violates terms of service
• Denial of service tools
• Credential stuffing or brute force tools

Inappropriate Content

• Sexually explicit content involving minors
• Content promoting violence or terrorism
• Harassment tools or systems
• Discriminatory content

Your Responsibility

If you use ArchaAI for client work or commercial purposes:

• You are responsible for ensuring outputs meet all legal requirements
• You must validate that generated code is appropriate for its intended use
• You are liable for how you use and distribute generated content

Uploaded Content

When uploading documents or files:

• You must have the legal right to upload and process the content
• Do not upload confidential data belonging to others without authorization
• We do not verify the legality of uploaded content

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement if required
